EA 40-BPC 379/427 I	Theft, take aside, split/detach or intentionaly damage the electrical equipments	5 years of Imprisonment or 10 thousand taka penalty or both punishment
EA 41-BPC 379/427 I	Electric connection established by any illegal person or authority except authorized person	3 thousand taka once with Tk.300/= taka per day penalty
EA 42-BPC 379/427 I	Illegal & improper use of electricity or use of electricity violating the direction	3 thousand taka once with Tk.100/= taka per day penalty
EA 43-BPC 379/427 I	Use or connecting the electricity by any illegal person except authorized person	2 thousand taka once with Tk.100/= taka per day penalty
